Staff at West Seneca location always helpful & pleasant!! I have several varieties of pets, and able to fill all my needs in one delightful spot

If I can give them a 0 I would…… If you’re in the area, skip Petco and take the five-minute drive to Pet Supplies Plus instead. I originally went to Petco to buy a turtle and a hamster. The manager, Collin’s, refused to sell me the turtle, saying I needed a 75-gallon tank. I then asked to purchase hermit crabs, and he also refused, claiming I didn’t have the proper setup. When I asked for the corporate phone number, he refused to give it to me, told me to look it up online, kicked me out of the store, and even called the police — all over me trying to buy pets. To make things worse, the cashier told me, “I ain’t know nothing about pets and the manager knows more than I could ever know, and he knows that because they’ve been friends for years.” When I asked the cashier for a name, they r

The staff here are always friendly, and the store is clean. The animal habitats always look well maintained. We will get fish here one day but for now we just like to stop in now and then and check out the animals

Had a great shopping experience at this location, as I always do. Brittany was helpful in assisting me in locating the Merrick canned dog food, as well as accessing my rewards at checkout. She is a very nice and pleasant person as well…..An asset to your workforce.
