Went the on a Tuesday eve at about 6:30pm. The cashier was really not nice, and actually appeared pleased to give me a hard time on the exchange of an item I had purchased just 5 minutes before. But once I asked for the manager, he took care of everything & I left the store pleased. I wish I had both of their names so I could be more specific on who was helpful, and who wasn't.

Great store! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! You can tell that all the employees truly love animals. Spike rocks.

I like shopping at the store in Bridge Hampton, all the associates are very kind and helpful. However the people who work in the store have no control over ordering merchandise. The store no longer carries one of the types of cat food I used to buy. Now I have to buy them on-line. Also, I wanted to buy a few cans of another type of cat food to see if my cat liked it. I couldn't buy it because I had to buy a whole case of it. Big Corporate makes the buying discissions. They should take advice from their sales associates who actually talk to the customers to find out what sells.

Petco sells BETTA exotic fish in an inhumane display. These fish should be in a large tank, not in a small container. I've written to PETA and the local Animal Control, Please check it out and complain to PETCO.

DO NOT bring your dog to get groomed here. I asked for a bath and a trim. They mutilated my Cavalier. I am giving 1 star because it won’t let me move on without giving at least one star.
