Everyone was great! Very helpful and I got what I needed. Also saw this HUGE puffer. I hope someone buys him soon! The soul in his eyes will make you melt. The video doesn’t do him justice with how BIG he is.

I just needed some food for my discus and decided to stop in on the way home from work. While shopping, Samantha came over and asked if I had any questions. She was very knowledgeable and polite. Even when another employee—who seemed to be new—needed her help with a different customer, she excused herself briefly and came right back to finish assisting me. When I explained I was looking for discus food, she showed me exactly where it was on the shelf, along with the frozen bloodworms. She then took the time to show me the discus they had in stock. I’ve been in the hobby for over 30 years, and I have to say—for a chain store, the fish looked healthy and there was a great selection. As soon as I have my next tank cycled, I’ll definitely be coming back to pick up a few discus from Sam.

Jamie in Brick, NJ, was an amazing groomer for my Yorkie, Peanut. She always made him look so very handsome and showered him with kindness and care. Although Peanut has now passed, I’ll forever be grateful for the love Jamie showed him.

I was very happy with the selection of foods and treats for my newly adopted kittens. I received coupons for treats and food from a kitten group and used them for the food. When i got home i noticed that they didn’t use one of the coupons for free kitten food. I was kinda upset about it because I’m trying to watch every penny around the holidays, and the food would have been free. I didn’t go back the next day because 1. I didn’t have the coupon anymore, and 2. How was i going to prove it? The cashier just didn’t scan it i guess. It would have been nice getting the bag for free though.

The aquatics specialists are really nice and were helpful. But if they are not working when u go, don’t anticipate getting any fish. I waited 20 minutes and asked a representative twice if I could have help getting fish and no effort was made to help me. Guess I will only come when there’s a specialist on the clock because I am otherwise met with rude service.
