Was perfect. The staff was great and this store did have what i was looking for. Thank you for stacking products on your shelves. Not everyone wants to order online.

Incredible experience today at Petco. We had our dog vaccinated yesterday at Petco in Coral Springs. We have a premier Vital care membership that we pay a premium for. The vet was supposed to email us the records once we left but did not. The store where we had her vaccinated did not answer the phone or return calls. When we took the dog for grooming today Rosie wouldn’t honor the appointment. We asked if she could call to get the records and she said she could not make a phone call. We left very frustrated and contacted the Vital Care team. The records were easily accessible there. Had Rosie called we’d still be Petco members and customers. We have canceled our membership and requested a refund for payments recently made. Not what would be expected for payments to be considered

I am so impressed with the staff here. They go over and above to help you. Special Thanks to Tzipporah and Manager Vlad. I drove a half hour on a Saturday night to pick up a product that was supposed to be left for me with the cashier. Tzipporah & Vlad looked all over for it. Tzipporah had empathy for me and my dog, came up with the solution and Vlad implemented it. I could now treat my dog’s ear infection. I was so grateful! Thank you Tzippporah and Vlad!!

I was inquiring about vitamins for my Dog and Parker at the West Boca Raton Petco was a plethora of knowledge… Parker took time explaining sooo much to me… I appreciate it all! Parker is a major asset to PETCO and the reason I will continue shopping there…
