My dog Stella loves visiting Petco Trussville to visit with her friend Bill. Everyone is so helpful & friendly. Thank you. Also thought you'd like to see her & with her Kenny cat.

During my recent visit to the Petco branch, I was highly impressed by the exceptional customer service I received. Sam, in particular, was remarkably knowledgeable, approachable, and attentive. She provided extensive information regarding the snake we purchased, ensuring that we understood its care requirements, habitat needs, and feeding guidelines. Her willingness to answer questions and offer additional guidance reflected a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The professionalism and warmth displayed by Sam made the entire experience both pleasant and informative, leaving a lasting positive impression of this Petco location.

Walked in and was greeted. Nice, spacious, and airy. The product variety was impressive. We were assisted in the Aquatics area very quickly. Some of the fish were missed labeled so we had a hard time pricing what we needed. Isles were wide enough to comfortably walk down and look for what you needed with out having to bump into someone. Quick check out. Everyone was nice too and .grooming area was decent. Pet enclosures and habitats were clean. No whereon store did not have a smell either.

I never write reviews, but this Petco deserves one. After being sold the wrong fish elsewhere (Petsmart) and refused a return, the staff here took my fish as surrenders with no judgment, no hassle, and no fee. Everyone was incredibly kind, and they truly saved me from a stressful situation. So grateful for this team.

Petco is an awesome pet store with the most helpful staff and a great selection of everything you could need for your pet. We finally found a food my picky eater pup loves! The staff even helped me with my phone and I appreciate that they accept Klarna. Will continue to go there with our girl Layla!
