Petco

A year ago I would have given them 5 stars. My dog has been getting groomed here for about 5 years. Initially she saw the same groomer every time and she was wonderful. She left, probably due to poor pay. Since then, cuts have been variable. Today someone cut a nail way too close and they didn't even notice she was bleeding until she had been in the kennel for a while and they noticed blood inside the kennel. They are probably overworked and underpaid but this is just too dangerous for me to leave my dog in this kind of care. Also, they run a promotion that your eighth groom is free - this is a lie. You have to get that eighth groom within a month of the last one. Unsure who is getting their pet groomed that often. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The Vetco here is horrific. I’ve been here for almost an hour after my appointment time sitting in an aisle. They don’t have an intake area, they make you and your pets sit in STORE ISLES! I have two cats in carriers and they’re terrified, if I knew this was their set up I would have never brought them here. There are so many misbehaving dogs that are barking and lunging and it’s terrifying my poor babies just sitting in their carriers frightened. Again, in the MIDDLE OF THE DOG FOOD ISLE. The shots here are still crazy expensive it’s not like you’re going through the worst experience ever to get cheap vaccines, they’re still not affordable by any means. This is the worst experience we’ve ever had, and for only $50ish cheaper than my regular expensive vet I wish I just brought them to the

Horrible experience! Evan in the fish department was extremely rude and needs to be taught how to work with customers! Judith the manger was no better and talked down to you like she was some amazing person saving fish though there were dozens dead in her tanks at the store! Never will visit this store again!!!!

I always have a wonderful time shopping at Petco and finding products at their store! My dogs also love being there making new friends. We are very much thankful for receiving their S.T.A.R. puppy training there!!

The food here was absolutely amazing the filet was peak but the staff kept screaming at me but that didn’t stop me from enjoying the amazing salmon and even better they had exotic food like snake meat and Gecko meat it was out of this world until three wild dogs ripped me limb from limb but no matter how much blood I lost that amazing taste will never leave my mouth.
