Pam’s Doggie Do’s & Kitties Too

One of our dogs ended up at the vet after grooming because they cut the gentle area too short which caused an infection. We had to spend $300 at the vet to treat it. The other dog had a nail cut too short and bled for two days. No one took responsibility. After I called to express my concerns and asked for a refund, we were blamed and even yelled at and nobody even apologized. The place looks dirty, and they keep dogs for 7–8 hours!

Pam’s is the best groomer in town. Our dog is very sweet but can be very hard to deal with when it comes to the grooming/ bathing process. She’s very skittish and generally dislikes the whole process. Pam and her staff are so kind and patient and don’t force or rush anything with her. I know it can’t be easy for them and I’m so grateful for their patience. Not to mention Millie always looks so beautiful when she leaves!

Took my dog here a while ago and was extremely disappointed. My dog is a long haired chihuahua and her hair wasn’t even tangled and came to find her completely shaved. I also felt like the people working here weren’t very nice. I’m not one to post bad reviews but this is not ok. I will not be coming back. Skip the trip.

Pams did a great job with my cat. They had to give her a lions cut because she was matted but she looks better. Her fur will grow in quick.
