Great happy hour special on nail cutting M~Friday 2~5pm. They cut nails fast, short, and very nice girls in groom shop!!!! Amazing Staff at Bakerview location!!!
Brenna is so wonderful! We purchased two guinea pigs and Brenna kindly helped us. We are so grateful for Brenna’s knowledge and genuine care for the animals. Patiently walked my girls through caring, feeding and helped set us up for great success at home. Thank you for your service to our community! Amy
Today at Bellingham Petco - this poor sweet boy suffered in this tiny cup for months before he finally died and was left sitting on a shelf. Petco needs to do better with how their treat these beautiful creatures and stop putting their profits before the suffering of animals. Upgrading to a larger container would probably cost pennies, and I’d gladly pay more for a Betta that was in a more humane environment. Do better Petco! And moving the sick ones to the back room to die (per your own staff) is NOT the solution either.
Store is always clean, animals always seem healthy and well cared for, best place in the area to get a furry little friend! however the workers can be intimidating when trying to adopt/ ask questions about a pet, even one as simple as a fish. They tend to make you feel like you are incompetent in owning the pet and like they have little confidence that you will be able to care for the pet.
I have been in here a few times in the last two months specifically for my daughter aquarium. I wanted to grab a plecostomus fish A. Be cause my daughter wanted one and B to try and keep the tank cleaner. I experienced one employee taking photos of something on the shelf when I approached her to ask for help buying pants and a fish she said umm yeah in a minute I'll be there. Never showed up it was a didn't employee well educated in the fish and had plenty to tell me not to do even though I specifically mentioned all of the literature I read to educate myself with.
