Petco

This store has the absolutely worst customer service. From grooming to check-out. The manager Darrell, doesn't seem to know their own company policies and is just blantely rude, when they don't have to. Another customer had to explain their online pickup process to me because of just how abrasive they were being. Not to mention, Petsmart is significantly cheaper. Keep your good energy flowing and just go somewhere else.

WORMS IN CAT FOOD!! This is my go to petco and I am absolutely disappointed that this was sold on the shelf. It’s my fault for not checking closer since it was on clearance, but holy crap. I wasn’t expecting to find worms when I opened the bag. I’ll update the review when I get my refund from the store but yikes 😭 beware!! I tossed the bag in the trash and I’m too scared to look for the expiration date, but this bag looks old and forgotten :/ Update: Went back to the store the next day to return the item. The store associate apologized and said that this rarely happens with Instinct brand cat food. She gave me a full refund and I bought a different cat food. She gave me 30% off my purchase of a new bag. I read online that bugs could happen due to improper storage, so maybe these bags got

Nothing pisses me off more than going to a place that advertises a service on line(self service dog wash)and after traveling quite a distance your told it's not available even though you can see the damb thing there. So I continue on my travels and decide to give them a second chance at Hancock center which is also advertised and they don't have one either. SO STOP WITH THE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

I had my twin bestie try and get herself a fish and she was denied. She was looking forward to being a mom and leaping into this next chapter of her life. Floor was clean so that's why I gave it 2 stars

Elizabeth was an absolute gem, she gave me such great advice as a fellow cat owner. I had no idea that Petco has a pet care membership that comes with discounts on food and annual exams with a veterinarian that has 30+ year experience. I signed up! Thanks Elizabeth :)
