Absolutely my go to place for all my pets needs! This was just a quick drop in for Clutch my mini dachshund to get some new sweaters since it's gotten colder outside. We found the cutest blue sweater and stopped by the clearance rack and found another for only $4, what a great deal, needless to say since we saved on clothes clutch also got a new toy! The staff are always so friendly and wonderful to talk with. See you soon Petco family where not only the pets go but the owners do too lol.

Great place "NOW", Ashlie is doing a wonderful job turning this place back around. Her customer service is #1, she's super knowledgeable. Hailey, is great, best department manager, knowledgeable, helpful, great customer service. Thank you you two

3/6/2025 - I ordered some items online, and one was a Kong for our dog. When it came in, it was super small. We took it to the store for an exchange. The associate was very helpful. I got the size we wanted and picked up the cheese and bacon flavored spray can for it. Our dog loves it!

Shannon was very helpful and explained all the information that I needed and made sure all of the stuff I was buying fit my pets needs. Great customer service. She knows a lot about animals and has great recommendations from the many options they have in store. Would recommend you talk to her if you need any help.

I usually never have problems shopping here, but the guy assisting in aquatics refused to let me buy 2 fantail gold fish. He immediately asked how big my tank is. I responded with 75 gallons, then he asked me how many more fish were already in the tank I told him 1 fancy goldfish. He told me 3 is too much for a 75 gallon and that he would only let me buy one. I informed him about having a sump for my tank and he still refused. If his statement is true (which I know it’s not) please provide sources that support this. His demeanor was off putting from the start. I will be getting the second fish a different day. The experience was uncomfortable to say the least.
