I asked for simple trim of the hair and nails and they COMPLETELY shaved my dog. When I went to pick up my dog I didn’t even recognize her. It’s unbelievable how they couldn’t follow simple directions. She had no knots in her hair since we brush her every night. We will NEVER take our dogs here anymore. I’ll add a before and after picture for reference too.

Groomer shaved our Pomeranian down after we only asked for a wash & trim. We also saw soars on his back and his hair started falling off. The vet said he was burned possibly from hair dryer being too hot. Now he has a permanent bald back.

Been talking all my dogs here for years. They treat your pups nicely. They always are happy gor their grooming. Reasonable priced.
