I received my repeat package like this. I've done the service before and everything was great, but this time around it was unacceptable. There were no cuts to the box, so it seems like the litter was just dumped in like that. At first, customer support only offered a refund on the kitty litter and not the entire order or a reorder. The litter got in the box where the canned cat food is as well. After sending a few messages, they finally offered to either replace the entire order or a refund. I got the refund. I've also decided to give their repeat order another chance for next month and will follow-up on how that goes. Hoping this is only a one-time mistake

Their customer service is phenomenal they have never treated us with anything but friendliness and respect. Their customer service is outstanding. Their mail order with reoccurring orders is phenomenal and I really cannot say enough about their dog grooming crew. Those gals are the best. Our pet Shepherd is a huge German Shepherd and every time he comes from there he looks so beautifully ground I kid you not it looks like a different dog when he comes home😂😂😂 I give this store of five star with no doubt about it

Some of the staff is nice. I don’t recommend supporting this company unless you have no other option. Petco only cares about their image. They do not care about customers, employees or even their animals. The standards of care for their reptiles and small animals is not right and they refuse to change. The only thing this company cares about is profit and saving face. These stores are not adequately staffed to care for live animals.

Great, employees, and great fish. They definitely care about their animals well being. Also, after having a one-on-one conversation with the manager, she seems like a wonderful person and very knowledgeable as well. Definitely will be returning.

Super friendly staff. My dog peed in the store (I think he got nervous thinking he was gonna get groomed) I was so embarrassed. They assure me it’s not the first time it’s happened and wasn’t a big deal. I offered to clean it up but they insisted they would do it. They made me feel at ease and lessened the embarrassment! They also always have the animal products I’m looking for.
