This pet store is always a pleasure to visit. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help with any questions about pets and products. The store is well-organized and clean, with a wide variety of food, toys, and accessories for dogs, cats, and even small animals. Prices are fair, and there are often great deals compared to other stores in the area. I especially appreciated how the staff took the time to recommend the right food for my dog, and it worked perfectly. The grooming section is also neat and professional. Overall, it’s one of the best pet stores I’ve been to, and I will definitely keep coming back

Have had several positive experiences at this location over the years. Visited today and they provided a friendly greeting, and had all the items I needed (although 1 was the last in stock). They happily price matched the store items with the online prices. They also highlighted my $10 coupon on my receipt, reminding me of the redemption dates. Very good customer service team!

Please do not support establishments like this. They have fish in plastic To go containers. This is extremely abusive and the animals are not well taken care of. Please buy sustainably

Year-old expired food and dead/decaying animals. I don't know where any of these positive reviews are coming from. Here's the emaciated fish I purchased as well, with completely rotted fins and dropsy. Law enforcement should get involved with how much of a health hazard this location is. If you like maggots in your pet food and your pets already pre-killed, shop here.
