I'm utterly appalled by Petco Allentown's grooming service - it's a hairy situation! Despite begging for a 'Teddy bear' cut, groomer Mars R gave my dog a buzz cut... twice, making him look like a completely different pup. Petco Allentown failed to deliver the goods, especially compared to their Whitehall store. I'd advise against using Mars R unless you want a dog that's unrecognizable - seems like a case of 'paws-ibly' inept grooming due to inexperience!
