I continue to have nothing but wonderful experiences at Pet Bar McKinney, which is why I signed up for the membership! The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely passionate about dogs, which makes every visit a delight. You can feel the love and care they put into their work, and my dog (Kaia) always comes out looking fantastic and happy. The clean and welcoming environment adds to the overall experience. As a customer, I will definitely keep coming back to this amazing location! Highly recommend to any pet owner!

I’ve been a loyal customer of The Pet Bar in McKinney for several years and, until recently, have always been very satisfied with the care and grooming my dog received. Unfortunately, over the last couple of months, the customer service experience has changed significantly, to the point where I no longer feel comfortable bringing my pet here. Last month, I arrived for a scheduled grooming appointment within the 10-minute grace period. However, the manager did not acknowledge or assist me until after that window had passed and then informed me that my dog could not be taken and I would need to reschedule. This was the first time I had ever experienced anything like this, so I rescheduled and assumed it was an anomaly. This month, I contacted the location and was told a same-day appointmen

I recently came back per usual but unfortunately Gracie’s regular groomer was off until Wednesday and that was not a good day for me so i gave Daniella a chance to cut her hair and trim her nails. She did a horrible job. She cut her pretty much bald including her tail which has never been touched to where she looks like a rat! I knew something was wrong when my sweet lady that works at the desk asked me about a collar and she brought her out. I wanted to cry because i barely recognized her and to pay $76 dollars and tip her for what she did i could have shaved her bald! I asked for a cut it’s a huge difference. No disrespect but she should not be working there because she doesn’t know how to groom she even shaved almost all the way up to her head off and it’s uneven 🥹 I’m very disappointed

Kim is a dog whisperer! Our dog got along well with her from the start. Amazing! We took our long haired Havanese dog for a summer cut to help him handle the heat better. He has social issues with new people but gets along great after he gets to know them. Super pleased with the results too! All the staff are kind and perfect for calming a dog’s anxiety . Highly recommended and fair prices.

What a nice experience for my 2 pups! They were both needing a good cleaning and fluff and the Petbar self wash was perfect! I love how the shampoo comes out with the water and several shampoos to choose from. The drying area has ear cleaner and a great smelling spray! Very helpful staff and clean facility. We'll definitely be back soon!
