I would give 5 stars as long as they don't let Alex touch any dogs. My dog came back dirty, clipper rash on her pelvis, completely shaved in some spots and still furry in others. There was long hair in the most random places like the base of her tail and behind her ears. She did have some bad mats but she always has one or two bad mats and the other groomers always bring her back looking and feeling fresh and even. I still recommend the place. But choose any other groomer. Edit: Changing my review from 3 to 4 star because they allowed us to bring her back in for free. Very grateful. However, I'm surprised they allowed a dog to be returned to their owner like this in the first place. Please train groomers there or double check dogs before you call the owner for pick ups.

This was the first time I took my 2 pups to Pet Bar in Frisco and I was beyond happy with the grooming they both received!! I have a mini Bernedoodle and a cockapoo and they both looked and smelled amazing when I picked them up!! I would definitely recommend this place!

Willa is absolutely amazing! She takes such great care of our dogs and always does a beautiful job with their grooming. Every time we leave, our dogs are happy, relaxed, and looking their best. The staff at PetBar are also so kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. We couldn’t ask for a better groomer or a better place—highly recommend Willa and the team at PetBar!

Maiya does such an amazing job on our girl Kleo everytime! They even gave her a cute little bandana (which me and my husband love when they do). I’d highly recommend her. ☺️

April did the wash and grooming of our Golden Doodle and he looks so cute and handsome. The staff was friendly and we were able to book online quickly and got in and out in the timeframe that Pet Bar quoted. So convenient and excellent results.
