Petables Puppy Boutique

This is absolutely my favorite place to go in the mall. The staff is extremely nice and the puppies are very well taken care of going into the pet store is my favorite part of the week. I can’t remember their names, but there are two members of the staff with brightly colored hair that are the sweetest people I have ever met. The dogs are taking care of and so sweet they will give you all the information on the dogs, even if you were just curious. I had asked so many dumb questions and they made me feel like it was all valid I have no idea my pet stores get so much hate. I absolutely love this place

I was visiting the area recently.. took me some time to decide if I want to write this review or not. I always write positive ones, but this is a negative. I believe the animals are not fed properly. They appear under weight, malnourished. It was very upsetting. It has been all I think about before I go to sleep the past few weeks. This place should be investigated. I am heartbroken.

After seeing these puppies today, this place needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!! severely underweight puppies, you can feel their ribs under all the fluff! A little American bulldog puppy with open sores all over it! These puppies were terrified when you try to pet them! I will be making phone calls and hopefully this reaches someone who can do a full investigation on this business and any other business that’s affiliated with it!

Update (6/6/24): Editing my review to add photos of the puppies, on blankets, that the owner claimed did not exist. Isn't that something! ;) Original Review (over a year ago): The dogs are kept in very small, dirty areas. Observed one of the employees cleaning up pee by wiping it up with the same blanket one of the dogs was laying on rather than actually cleaning it up properly. Very disappointing conditions for animals that deserve much better. After reading some of the extremely unprofessional replies the business owner has posted in response to other reviews, I'm not surprised and I think this says a lot about the business itself. Highly recommend against supporting places like this!

Owners response from my review. Very unprofessional and embarrassing on their end. They also reply the same thing to every negative review. Learn to take care of animals. By the way you talk to humans I can only imagine how you treat the animals. Do better.
