Lacey Memorial Family Pet Cemetery and Crematory

I am very satisfied with Lacey Memorial. I recently lost my German Shepard. It was late at night and I didn't know what to do. When I saw the LM was 24hrs, I immediately called and told them what happened. The lady I spoke to, I will never forget how compassionate and helpful she was. Once we arrived at the cemetery, the caretaker Shawn was very compassionate as well. He let us take as much time as we needed to say goodbye and he was very respectful to our animal. He helped me with the paperwork and choosing the perfect urn. When I picked up our animal's remains yesterday, I was able to see the pet cemetery and it is so beautiful. I am so thankful LM exists and offers all that it does for animals, esp for situations like the one I was in. I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you all

Would recommend them over and over. Shawn was very pleasant to work with and was very respectful he made a very rough situation. Little easier to handle. Even though our hearts ached when dropping her off the way he showed care made it easier to handle.

If I could give no stars I would. If you love your pet go to Paws & Remember. They answer your phone call and provide sympathy and speedy help. I’m 30 hours into waiting for a call back from “David”. David gives his cell phone number on answering machine I did get in touch with him he told me he was in New Jersey, I imagine chasing a film crew trying to get famous I have some advice David “do your job” if you don’t plan on answering or returning phone calls take the open sign off your website! People who love their pets should never think about using this business, I should say side hustle people emotions are not a side hustle! Did anyone ever tell you “don’t quite your day job”? Listen to them.

Highly recommend for all of your pet companions end of life needs. They help you through a difficult process. Damien was amazing to work with and suggest working with him directly.

My family has been getting our beloved pets cremated here since 2006. It's a heartache to lose a pet and lacey memorial has made the burden of loss, a little bit lighter. They are friendly, sympathetic, and are fast. I highly recommend them. If i could, I'd give them 10 out of 10.
