They did such an awesome job taking care of my senior dog, Mia! She gets really nervous and they made sure she was comfortable. A few days later and she still smells amazing and is fluffy!

I absolutely love this place! My dog is always happy when I pick her up and looks amazing. While they are more expensive than most places, I am willing to pay up for their excellent service and wonderful experience.

Dropped my dog off at 2:30 hadn't even started on her by quarter to 4. They didnt even remove her coat she was wearing. SO Disappointed. I've always had good service with the other girls. Debbie and Staff, I received a phone call from you requesting to come in hour early. I was told by Danielle she was finishing up and starting on Rosie. What I dont understand....2 hours later still she was working on the other dog. And now I really dont understand why I was told today im not welcome in your establishment. I was clearly upset but didnt disrespect anyone, and was offered a discount by Danielle. I've been in upper management 43 years. I dont understand this response from your company.

Our precious Lil Buck passed away peacefully on his mommy's lap yesterday morning and we just wanted to show our gratitude and appreciation for your business, my wife always took our mini dachshund "Lil Buck" in for his grooming,etc ... Special kudos💙 to the lady who always took care of our baby , and you know who you are 💙💯 Our last visit a couple of weeks ago really meant so much to him, and to us, he came home so handsome, and beautiful 💙 Thank you for always being there for our fur Baby 💙💙💙

Jordan did such a fantastic job with my Cannoli. I have been looking for a groomer to take my pup to regularly and I have found one. I can tell they really care about dogs. The lady at the front desk is also very kind.
