Working with Classic has been an excellent choice. We recently had LVP and new carpet installed throughout our home. From the moment we entered, Lisa, Dee, and Katrina were extremely helpful in guiding us in the right direction with regard to material, style, cost etc. They have a huge selection of flooring options as well as rugs, and being able to bring home samples of everything was very helpful in our decision making process. They were are all so kind and keep in touch to make sure you’re satisfied throughout the install and beyond. Extremely satisfied with the service and our new carpet from Classic Carpet and Floor! I should've known from the candy dish at the door. Another business trading quality for trinkets. We were charged $350 for this small 3 foot job and they couldn't even clean this small mess. Does that look so hard to clean up (check photo)? How about the Wendy's bags and empty cups left for us to clean up (in the yard and the porch)? Don't get me started on the flooring in front of the bathroom that's loose and will soon look ghetto in a 140 year old house. The old saying is true with this business. If you want it done right, do it yourself....or, drive on by, save your money, and choose another business with the slightest inkling of a work ethic.
