Pet World

Got a beautiful budgie there. It was worth the 45min drive from Burlington. The birds are well cared for and you can tell the owners treat them with love. They are kept in small groups in spacious cages in a dedicated room, not like the big box stores where there's 20 budgies together and where it's hard to tell if they are healthy. The birds at Pet world looked happy and alert. The store has lots of character with a wide variety of creatures, a really lovely place. Would highly recommend it!

They have great selections for cat owners. I’m glad they have the Tiki Cat Dental Kibble because no where else carries it in store. The atmosphere is a little dry and quiet. I always love taking a peek at Kitty City and the staff that runs that is very friendly.

Interesting to see I’m not to the only one who got a bad vibe at this store. I felt like I walked into a townie dive bar just got dirty looks from the staff, no one asked if I needed help, when I went to cash out it was like I was inconveniencing them as they chatted amongst themselves. They gave me a loyalty card, I’d love to support a local business over a conglomerate but it’ll be a local business that takes pride and cares about their customer service.

I had a customer representative name, Mindy she is a wonderful sales woman. I feel that she understood exactly what I needed and made me feel comfortable after my traumatic experience with a beta fish from a different store. She made sure that I left happy and excited for my new adventure of being a fish owner. Wonderful store I felt that I had a fun time going in and exploring new fishes at a reasonable price

Had a great experience with cat adoption. The woman answered all of our questions and gave us plenty of information about the 2 kittens we were adopting. The day we took them home she went over all the paperwork and explained what it all meant and really made the whole experience delightful.
