Pet Supplies Plus Natick

I have to make this review. I was born and raised in Massachusetts. I am a dark skin Haitian American. I moved to this area and went to this pet supplies for the first time. I was AT FIRST, obviously confused and I will give them that. I walk in, 10 aisles of dog stuff, and a group of workers are talking in a circle and I walked past them with a confused look in my face. I was in the store for less than 20 minutes and was asked four times if I needed any help finding anything. the first time I was like “OK I just need cat food I do need help.” the second time I was already looking at what the other employee had shown me. The third and fourth time I was standing in line to check out and the third and fourth time it was LITERALLY the same person asking me if I needed help! And then as she c

Excellent groomers who were kind and very, gentle with my dog! The floor staff are friendly and always helpful as soon as I walk in! Also, Redford Products are amazing both in quality and price.

I love Pet Supplies Plus! Associates are always so kind, knowledgable, and happy to help. Their customer service is too tier! From being greeted entering the store to zero self check out lines, I really appreciate the personal interactions here. Amazing prices and great customer rewards that keep both my fur baby and I happy! Shoutout to Art who was our cashier most recently.

Arrow did couple bath times here. Great setup and no technical issue at all. Staff is very friendly. Staff even offer free treat for Arrow. Arrow does not enjoy taking bath, he just want to get out of the place when done :)

Always great service and prices. I also love that when I am looking for something specific they walk me to it and I don’t even have to look around. It saves a ton of time. It’s my favorite place to shop for my pets
