These people are so great to work with! I needed to exchange a purchase and they worked with me to make it a painless process. I wish more companies were as kind and considerate as Pet Wish Pros. Highly recommend!

I specifically ordered Orijen Cat & Kitten Cat Food (12 lb bag), as advertised online and shown in your product listing (see attached screenshot). However, upon receiving my order today, I discovered that I was sent the Orijen Original Cat formula instead (photos attached). While both are Orijen products, they are not the same formula. I chose the Cat & Kitten formula intentionally, as it best meets the nutritional needs of my pet. Receiving a different product than what was advertised and purchased is disappointing and concerning.

Great products and even better customer service! When the shipping company screwed up Pet Wish Pros sprang into action and took care of me quite literally saving my dog's life.

I ordered an item on Tuesday. Contacted them on a Thursday since it had not shipped. Saw on chat they had read the message, but did not respond. Contacted them on Friday morning since my card had been charged, merchandise not shipped, and they mailed me back saying the item they had "reserved" for shipment had a puncture in it, and they didn't have anymore. So refunded my money. Chewy would have had it here today. So now lost three days of something I needed for my bird, and still had to order from Chewy to get it here hopefully by Sunday. Don't be fooled by the low prices, no shipping fee! Trying to give the "little guy" business, and instead gave it to a big retailer.

I don't know how these other people are receiving their orders in such a timely manner! I placed an order on Amazon for dog food from PetWish and 4 days later they message me back saying the courier lost my package and they cancelled my order and gave me a refund but the truth is that FedEx said they never picked up my product and aside from that I have no idea where my over $100.00 is so that I can buy needed dog food! DO NOT use this company when ordering on Amazon!
