Pet Wellness Center PC

The vet at this facility is a good person that does a good job. But unfortunately the help is sub-par. I travel 40 miles for my dog and the lady's that. Man the telephone can never call my animals prescriptions in. On average I have to call 3 time to get my subscriptions filled. The same telephone people do not seem to understand that labs need to be taken 4 hours after application, and will give you appointments to early to do labs so you get to weight for hours. Bit the Dr is awesome!

Well the angles at pet wellness center are my heroes, The wonderful staff at wellness saved my baby's life last week. Yes he had to have emergency surgery and without it my boy Stone would if died. So we are forever greatful for the angles of pet wellness. Yes they r a bit on the pricey side but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for. Beside can you put a price on your dogs or animal or animal child life?? I cant! So I am over the moon happy with pet wellness center for all my fur babies needs. Do not take your pets here. They are corporate owned and will surgery farm your animals for the almighty dollar. Was told my lab had a torn ACL and was given 3 options for surgical repair, the cheapest was $2500 after getting me for $600 for the diagnostic test. Feeling suspicious I made an appointment with Dr. Haire in Anna the only vet in the surrounding states that specializes in canine ortho and the only vet with the equipment to properly diagnose a torn ACL. Within a couple seconds Dr. Haire informed me that his ACL was completely fine. He had actually tore a ligament not in his knee. Also expressed concern that this vet was making diagnoses on injuries he doesn’t even have the equipment to accurately confirm the diagnosis.

My baby girl Luna was injured and my vet was unavailable. I called multiple vets then my vet recommended this place. Absolutely AMAZING! They got her in quickly and was professional and helpful. My kids took her in and sd staff was friendly and the building was super clean and beautiful. They stitched my baby girl up and made sure she was comfortable. Definitely recommend! I've been with my vet for almost 6yrs and seriously considering switching since they are closer and took such good care of Luna. (I've had her since she was 4wks old and she's now 3 - she's very precious to us)

Our dog Bella is a 9 year old lab/shepherd mix. At the end of January 2023, she started behaving in a manner that suggested she was not feeling well and was in a lot of pain (walking slower, limping, panting more, breathing faster, tired, and whining), totally different from her usual rambunctious self! We tried to get her into our regular vet, but were unable to get her in immediately so we called Pet Wellness Center and they got her in that same day. She saw Dr. Kozak, (awesome veterinarian) who examined her, ran lab tests, and did xrays, so we could find out what was wrong with our precious girl (we got all labs and tests results back within an hour).
