Pet Village

Terrible service I scheduled my dogs for grooming while I was gone and they did not get groomed at all. My dogs actually smelled worst than they did before I dropped them off. They over charged us; quoted one price over the phone a when we picked them up they charged more than expected. They did not send us any updates on our dogs while on vacation for 3 days and when we got back they couldn’t find any of their belongings. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE FOR BOARDING. You’re better off paying the few extra bucks and getting way better quality. PLUS I have been using this place for over 10 years and the services were NEVER this bad. I recently found out that the original owner had retired and the new owners. Clearly suck!

My babies got their de-shed, grooming and bath at Pet Village. So happy to find this place as the owners have done a great job grooming my babies. Highly recommend this place.Mas from Newport Lakes.

Very efficient, fast, and friendly. They always have my baby with the cutest cut. She can be a bit spicy when it comes to her grooming but they really take their time with her! She never leaves their establishment sad or in distress like she did with those chain grooming companies.🙄 The staff at Pet Village are very professional and personable! I am very thankful that I was referred to them!

We left our little boy for boarding while we went to a wedding in a another state. Our dog was there for almost a week. I do appreciate the updates and pictures but the day we picked him up we knew something was wrong. He was very weak, lethargic, had diarrhea, and vomiting. Also we made sure to do a flea treatment before hand and he was flea free when he entered and he came home with fleas. We took him to the Veterinarian for an emergency appointment and he needed fluids, antibiotics, probiotics, anti-nausea and another flea treatment. Definitely not cheap but we would do anything for our baby. We won't be back, I think that's obvious. He's been home now a week and a half and he is still recovering. Picture attached is of our Hudson at the vet feeling very sick :(
