This place is outstanding. I take my very nervous granddog Peanut there for nails. They always seem to be able to calm her down and do a great job. They are the same with people too - very friendly. The location has very nice selection of treats, some homemade, and pet accessories.

When it comes to grooming, they are hands-down the best in York County—no exaggeration. Their groomers are incredible, always going above and beyond to make sure our boys look their absolute best. The customer service is just as amazing as the grooming. From the moment we walk in, we feel like family, and you can tell they truly care about the pets they work with. And our dogs? Let’s just say they love visiting—beyond words (or bark, lol). Every time we tell them it’s time for a “pet-a-cure,” they practically drag us through the door. Isabelle and her cat groomers are always great with me elderly cat, especially since he has extreme anxiety when it comes to grooming and needs a sedative every time for grooming. Yet everytime I bring him to get groomed, he always comes out nicely shaved and bathed. He acts like a kitten afterward! Anyone looking for a cat groomer, this is the place! My go to from now on with my cat and even future cats & dogs as well! This is certainly a small business groomer I will support over a chainstore anyway! And they carry a good selection of quality food and treats for cats & dogs too!

The girls upfront are super nice and helpful. No crate or kennel grooming! Super awesome! Good options for natural products! The prices are a bit high but they have good products. I'm definitely going back for local products and things I need on a time frame. Oh and perfect place to let your doggie go for a walk/run and swim before a nice groom. Sounds like the owner is a groomer which is super cool!

If I could give zero stars I would took my dog to get her nails done and she’s been limping horribly barely putting weight on her back foot I have a vet appointment coming up but this is just ridiculous she was crying and whimpering while she was back there they cut her 3 times to the point she would not stop bleeding without the clotting powered. Very disappointing and very rude staff. Still charged us full price btw please DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM. My poor baby is 12 years old and has barely barked at anyone and for her to be treated his way breaks my heart. My sweet girl didn’t do anything to deserve this disgusting treatment.
