We had to take our cat in on Saturday and the staff and Dr Rayner were absolutely fantastic! Everyone was compassionate and professional. We thought we were going to lose him but they performed a procedure that has now given him a chance to live and thrive. They have educated us on his care and dietary changes and we are hoping that we have him for many more years to come. I would and will recommend them for any need with your pets.

I brought my dog Chonky here for his post op recovery and I can’t say enough good things. They were so patient, caring and compassionate. The communication and updates were very comforting during the process. Chonky is now fully recovered and back to his regular day to day. thank you to you all!

I was hysterical and crying when I called, but Gabby was so calm, kind, and patient — she truly listened, reassured me, and walked me through every step of what to do. She even helped calm me down while making sure my dog got help as quickly as possible. My biggest plus with PURE ER is how proactive they are with follow-ups. My cat has a complex heart condition (advanced hypertrophic cardiomyopathy), and every situation at this stage of her disease has been an emergency. PURE ER is always consistent in checking in afterwards and monitoring her closely — something her primary vet never does. They also work directly with one of the top veterinary cardiologists in the world on her case, which gives me so much peace of mind. Together, they’ve taken truly dire situations and not only saved her life multiple times, but also ensured she still has a good quality of life. I cannot begin to explain how great this place is. If you are looking for a trustworthy emergency vet that is truly focused on what’s best for your fur baby, look no further. As someone who has worked as a vet tech in this field and currently as a health care worker, I can confidently say this place and its team is focused on delivering quality care, not overcharging or rushing you. My aunt recommended this place to me and my sister. Her elderly mastiff became very ill very quickly and Dr. Garcia-Pereira took the time to sit down and talk with us about his plan of care and his recommendations. He even went so far as to recommend us going to Gainesville to get more insight and assisted with forwarding all paperwork. The office staff even helped us load him into the car when he was scared.
