SERVICE: wow! this place was way better than I ever expected. The store manager, Tiffany was extremely helpful, warm and welcoming when we arrived and offered to help us find what we were looking for. She quickly took us to the aisle and helped us find the product we were looking for. We even asked questions about the product and she was able to expertly speak on the products. I was surprised how many services they offer at this location, including a community center, dog washing, dog, grooming, and more. There are a few barking spots located directly in front of the store entrance. This was a really nice touch to have reserved spaces for both online orders and in general for guests specifically patron Ing this store. I’ve taken my dog here to be groomed about 4 times. Each time it went just fine. But this last time, when i called to make the appointment, they were belligerent about her rabies documentation, which i explained that I already had. Then she began to talk about the age of my dog and that she may not “tolerate” the grooming. Meanwhile, my dog has been fine every time I’ve brought her here. I was at work and had to hang up, while she kept on talking and trying to keep me on the phone about my dog’s disposition. I brought her in for her scheduled appointment, she mentioned her age for the third time. I told her she would be fine. She ended up calling me to pick her up because she said she didn’t “tolerate” her face being trimmed. When i arrived at the store, i saw how horrible my dog looked. H

First time using self dog wash station. It was nice, but floor was covered in dog hair, step into wash was covered in hair, there was hair from previous dog in the wash ( my dogs are gold and white, the floor was covered all in black dog hair) and there was a giant pile of used towels in the corner. After EVERY dog wash the floor and wash station should at least be moped clean of hair. Also the nozzle for the dryer popped off at least 4 times. I don’t mind waiting for it to be cleaned and sanitized in between uses. But I don’t think it is being done. It’s a nice wash station, I would come again but employees need to clean more between each and every wash.

I love coming here! They offer a different variety of treats compared to other pet stores, and while their dog food selection is similar to others, the customer service here really stands out. Every visit is enjoyable—the atmosphere is always welcoming, and I’ve never seen an upset customer. I’m sure it happens occasionally, but every staff member I’ve interacted with has been extremely helpful and friendly. I never remember to catch names, but they always go above and beyond to answer questions or solve any issues. Prices can be a bit high on some items, but the quality of their food, treats, and toys definitely makes it worth it!

I come in every few weeks at least once a month to pet supplies plus in Winter Park off of Aloma Avenue and I am always taken care of by, WALTER! He always provides top-tier customer service along with, advanced knowledge that meet my needs for my amazing Rottweiler! I always purchase the highest quality, Redford, kibble, Alaskan, salmon, oil, toys, etc., on a monthly basis!
