The store is the best thing that’s happened to Wilmington Ohio for the animal lovers here and the animals. Brandon is right he’s just helped me out so much just now on a dog of mine that would need. He’s walked me through it. Thank you so much. The store is amazing.!!
Was Super exciting to see there new selection of fish!! No other chain pet store has as unique or as large of a verity of fish as this store dose! Conrad was Extremely knowledgeable and Helpful with picking out my fish today and compatible tank mates! There assortment of live plants is Fantastic!! Only store with in 30 miles that has the Red freshwater plants and the Purple Waffle Plants!! Was Extremely excited to see cardinal tetras back in stock!! Ryan was very polite and helpful at the register today!
Customer Service is ON POINT! Brandon was an amazing help! So was the blonde man at the counter (Brock? Sorry buddy!) I had the best experience here today! From a welcoming greeting to help shopping what I was looking for to fill in the gaps & the self service dog wash was great! All available & clean! 5 stars for sure! Had a great experience! Better than the ones in Columbus where I usually go! Can’t rave enough! Thanks again guys!
Best pet store I’ve ever been to. Adopted my beautiful kitten from here. I got a free bag of cat food for adopting him. Would highly recommend you shop here!
