Pet Supplies Plus Willow Street

This location has a clean, convenient pet wash in the rear of the store that we used for the first time today with our Golden Retriever, Juniper. The pet wash was the nicest I have found in our area and provides towels, four different kinds of shampoo, aprons, easy to enter washes, and no time limits! One wash was $14, or you can get five for $40. The employee who took us back to the wash was helpful and attentive, and the whole experience was positive. We bought the "Dirty Dog Discount" card and will be back!

This store is hands down the best pet store I have been to! The staff is always friendly & ready to help. I have back problems & they are always more than willing to gather what I need & also carry them outside to place them in my car for me.

Hailey went above and beyond with her customer service—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She helped me find the right products and even shared helpful tips for my pet’s needs. My dog has no issues at the dog wash at pet supplies plus willow street. He enjoys it I think.....he get a treat at the end. Life is good.....
