Bought 2 parakeets. The associate who helped me was great. I don't recall his name but I did tell his manager and she did agree with me.He was patient trying to catch the birds to put in the boxes.He answered any questions that I had.Great customer service in that store.I also liked that they asked if I would like to round up at the end of the transaction for animal shelters. Of course I did.They should be doing that at the grocery stores..

Great and helpful staff! Our King Charles Cavalier Troy had an excellent experience even though drop off was anxious for him. Great job by Lexi we will be coming back for sure!

Pet supplies plus, the store that can't. They can't exchange or return delivery items, they can't lookup the item that was ordered on line and the can't see the online receipt and they can't refund anything without the physical card, so they can't enter a card number by hand. What happened to customer service? "Let me see what we can do for you" or "let me see how can help you". They couldn't be bothered, it was easier to say i can't so they could stand around with everyone else. Long story short, if you was a store that can or wants to try to help, stay away from pets supplies plus. There are a lot of pet stores out there that CAN! Teresa V
