Super helpful and friendly staff! I stopped by with my big boy on 2/3 to pick up a new brush. The staff was so knowledgeable about what would work best on my German Shedder and took the time to explain what each brush did. We will definitely be back! I recently visited this location for the first time since opening. Thrilled to have it in our neighborhood. What a great experience! The staff seem dedicated and were very helpful and friendly. I went in looking for a fish tank filter pump and can't wait to go back. I didn't know they had live animals! All looking healthy and happy. And they already have a lot of return customers it seems. They knew pets by name coming in for grooming services etc. Keep up the good work!!

The staff is so friendly and welcoming! They showered my dog with affection and pets, helped me pick out treats, a few new toys, and a dog sweater for the winter. The manager, James, along with everyone else - Jocelyn, Colton, Squirrel, etc, were warm and helpful. The store is brand new: stocked shelves, good lighting, and all around clean. Looking forward to using the self service dog bath.
