This is absolutely one of, or maybe even The Best pet store I have been to. I enjoy going hear just to browse and hangout. Every employee I have ever seen come iN contact w for service are way past generous on customer communication. Very good at making you feel comfortable. No matter what isle your in or in the fish section or dog grooming. A plus on stock shelves and cleanliness. Its my regular 1st stop for fish and aquarium supplies. Actually I won't (dont) go anywhere else. Great Job to everyone involved in the company. ***I always look forward to my next visit*****

Alexis in grooming is always great. She always takes good care of my old girl. Had her groomed today and will definitely be back again. She even took a very cute picture of my baby. Alexis goes above and beyond.

This was a place we never been. It will now be one of our go to places. They are very dog friendly and very welcoming. We brought our two little pups in. We found a great selection of products, had a holiday picture taken. The staff are very welcoming and very friendly. If you have never been you gotta stop here.

The friendliness and knowledge of the managers and workers in this store is what builds my loyalty to the brand. They never try and push a sale on me and sometimes advise me NOT to buy a product. Unlike most box pet stores they actually seem to care about animals here.
