Pet Supplies Plus W. Alexis

I don't care for the workers here. They all seem in a hurry and just don't want to help you. At least that is what their demeanor says. I cam in 15 minutes until close to take my cat for a ride, I knew what time it was, I did not need to be reminded, I was literally picking up some cat treats. If you don't like your store closing at 9 close it at 8 or 830, instead of complaining of someone coming in before closing and literally I am at the cash register, I'm not shopping I grabbed what I needed and I got out of there!

Multiple sick betta fish. Asked at register if they would discount one that looked like he was on his way out as I wanted to attempt to help it. He had been there since February. They absolutely would not reduce price even though fish was clearly sick/dying. So sad. I seen another review stating similar findings at this store in regards to their fish.

This store is the best pet store in town as far as I'm concerned. They have great customer service and helped me retrieve a bunch of receipts because of an issue I'm having at home. They always have what I need and if they don't then they're usually just out of stock. Store is clean, I'll be scheduling my dog for a groom soon.

Store staff very courteous, informative and direct in the selection of my purchase which was a great help. I would say Pet Supply Plus is a good go to for your pet needs... they'll 🐶🐱 Thank You Later!

I usually like Pet Supplies Plus, but the Alexis Rd location has become really uncomfortable to shop at. The manager is consistently rude to her own employees and treats customers like they’re an inconvenience. The whole store feels tense whenever she’s around. I’m not the only one who’s noticed it several customers have had the same experience. The staff deserves better leadership, and so do the people shopping here.
