My neighborhood Pet Supplies Plus (Telford) is truly a gem. The staff is over-the-top nice—always friendly, always smiling, and genuinely happy to help. Whoever manages this team is doing an outstanding job, because every team member goes above and beyond. They offer great suggestions, they’re knowledgeable, and many of them even know Bella by sight, which always makes our visits extra special. A special shout-out to Maddie, who does Bella’s nails and paws. She is the best ever—so gentle, so patient, and she talks to Bella the entire time to keep her calm and comfortable. Knowing Bella is in her hands gives me complete peace. It’s just a fun place to shop—welcoming, upbeat, and consistently excellent. Keep up the great work!

A bit overpriced but they have what all other pet stores do. It's not in the best location but with a dollar store in the same strip you can get alot accomplished here.

Pet Supplies Plus, and specifically the Telford location, provides terrific service, selection and pricing for your pet’s needs. Staff is always helpful, and mobile ordering with curbside pick up is a great service. Highly recommend. They bring it right out to your car with a cute little thank you note. Great selection of brands and varieties. Can’t beat the convenience and friendliness. So much better than the big store down the road.
