Great customer service. The manager, I believe the name of Cristopher, was so helpful and kind. Will definitely come back. It's a great neighborhood pet store. My Siberian Husky is very happy with some of his treats and shampoo and condition for his bi-annual bath. But not so much the seatbelt tether I got him. ;)

The staff is absolutely wonderful—incredibly friendly and always so helpful. Worst experience of my life. Went in for a grooming appointment with Stephanie. As soon as my dog walked in she manhandled him on to the table and aggressively tied him down where he was squealing. Tied him up so tight it sounded like he was gasping for air. Was aggressive grabbing his legs and cutting his nails while he was squealing all while I’m standing there. She was very overwhelmed and kept complaining how she’s the only one, a manager came out to see what’s wrong and did not care about what was happening i asked them to release my dog so i can leave I’ve never came to a place where they dislike animals but help with animals all day i even asked the manager this as he laughed in my face i highly recommend going anywhere else if she would do all of this in front of me imagine what th

this stores location is the absolute best one around ! not only is there great customer service but the amount of care there employees put into there work shows! I can't recommend this place enough! Management has a huge role to thank for all this and Chris is just amazing ! he clearly cares about not only the store but his staff because im always seeing such happy , hardworking employees ! always offering to help me carry things out to my car ! WHAT AN TEAM:). & they are always greeting my 4 legged family members as well <3

Wow!! This place is awesome!! I was greeted so nicely, and such a large store!! Sasha's groomer is very caring & enjoyed having Sasha!! I was concerned about her separation anxiety, but she went with her groomer like best friends forever!! The discounts and coupons saved me $28!! She got a new collar, leash, cookie, and beef stick!! I forgot the toy, but that's next bath reward!! The only mistake I noticed Sasha's nails weren't trimmed, but that's ok. I usually prefer the doctor to do it. And her ears were still little dusty & her head didn't smell like shampoo. Other than that, I am truly satisfied with the service, the friendly staff, and cleanliness inside & out of the store!!
