The employees at this location are very friendly and attentive the store is clean they have a great selection of toys and chew sticks for our furry friends one of our dogs recently decided he didn't like his dog food anymore and he feels that one of the brands that they carry here is his new favorite. The only thing I would ask is for is the employees to clean the bathtubs between washes that being said I am sure they are back there constantly cleaning I just think I must tend to come at the wrong time. I absolutely love that they host adoption events we recently adopted a puppy from diamonds in the rough at an event she is a very sweet puppy we are enjoying watching her grow.

The staff is very educated in products, they are true animal lovers. You can always find staff even if they are stocking shelves they are visible. They also have a lot of knowledge about the adoptable cats and try hard to find the right owner for them. Best pet store ever!

It was a great visit, I was able to find what I need easily and the store was very neat and clean. Plus the staff was very friendly and even offered to help carry my large bag of dog food out to the car for me.

The team here is amazing. From the cashiers, to the managers, to the groomers. We got lucky when I picked this place to groom Nash. Ocean was such a pleasure to work with and I love that my dog loved her too! We will definitely be returning.

The grooming team is amazing. Jolena bathed my 8 year old pup, a Great Pyrenees mix. That was the best bath that he's had over any one at a chain pet store. Totally exceeded my expectations. 🥰 Update: I received a coupon for a 25% discount on a grooming package or upgrade. The wording on the coupon is unclear as to whether it applies to the whole groom or only the upgrade. Wouldn't a grooming package include a bath? I'm completely pleased with the bath that Bengey got performed by Jolena, however, may or may not pursue an upgrade in the future.
