Pet Supplies Plus Springfield (W. Kearney)

I always shop at this store for all of my fur babies needs because the employees are awesome! Always very quick and easy shopping experience and they are friendly and ask me every time I visit if I need help to my car. They have even been locking the doors on multiple occasions and see me running trying to make it before they close to get my dog's food and every time they have unlocked the door and helped me get what I need quickly so my babies don't have to go without. I appreciate all of the fantastic customer service at this location!

I used to shop in the store all the time.... Usually in the day time. Tonight my dog and I were at a the store next door. As we were leaving my dog decided she wanted a treat. The store was closing in a few minutes so we ducked in to pick out a snack. Upon entering the store and greeting the clerk i was ordered to the front of the store and told to leave my bag. At the same time another clerk walked out from the office and approached me demanding my purse.... Is that even legal? I don't know what to say i am beyond offended, disappointed,

Very nice staff and clean store with easy to see layout. I asked for help with the tag engraving machine and the employee at the register got someone to cover for her and worked with me through the whole process. The rewards and coupons are great, much appreciated in this time. Will visit again I am sure.

The employees here are very incompetent. They could not even tell what gender a ferret was. When asked to see the only ferret they had, one female employee tried to act as rude as possible and the other just stared like she was lost the entire time. Besides the garbage employees, the store did not have very many animals. Felt sorry for the fish because the tanks were green and did not look like they had been cleaned in a few months. Dog treats all over the floor. The manager here should be fired for allowing their employees to be rude and incompetent as well as the store being disgusting. The doggie wash was clean and very easy to use. It's so nice to leave a "mess" there and not have to clean out the bathroom after giving your dog a bath. They supplied everything, even some doggie treats!!
