DONT BUY FISH HERE. we bought 16 guppies and four neon tetras and the fish got out into three different tanks and every single one of them developed ick within the first three days of our care. We went to get a refund and ick medication from them because they sold us sick fish and want to try to help save them. They said the best they could do was give us their used bottle of medicine.There was no I’m sorry nothing zero accountability.

Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Fish tanks seemed to be well established ecosystems without the appearance of any ‘sick’ tanks like you see in other brand name pet stores. (I purchase from Mom and Pop stores and thought I’d give this place a try.) Only gave 3 stars because the new fish/snails I got from here and introduced into my long established fish tank with great ecosystem, contracted Velvet within a couple weeks post additions. I purchased some Rams-horn Snails and One Red Cap Oranda. Figuring out the velvet came from the snails. Appears my tank is being slowly wiped out…not sure it can be saved even with treatment at this point. ALWAYS do a quick peroxide bath for snails purchased from here(or anywhere) and quarantine your new fish just to be safe BEFORE intro

This was a great experience. I was greeted as I walked in, surrounded by very knowledgeable people, the fish girl knew how to tell a girl fish from a boy fish. I didn't want any breeding, just pretty fish. She showed me where the dog food was and asked if I needed help unloading it in my car. The cashier, super nice, had a great conversation, she helped me sign up for rewards, I'll definitely keep going back!

The man attending the aquatic area was very knowledgeable in the aquatic plants available And the items needed for our red eared slider turtle. Great customer service!
