Pet Supplies Plus Somersworth

I’ve used the self-serve dog wash here several times and recently started having my dog professionally groomed by their team. We’ve had him groomed here twice so far, and they’ve done an excellent job each time. I really appreciate the fair pricing, the great deals the store offers, and the friendly, helpful staff. We just moved to the area, and I plan to continue bringing my dog here every month for grooming. Thank you!

This pet store is fantastic! Their dog wash station is a game-changer—steps make it easy for older dogs to walk right in. Staff is always friendly and helpful and their loyalty cards make things super convenient.

Allie was amazing, she was so nice and accommodating to my senior tri-pawd bestie!! His full service groom and tooth care was just perfect and he wasn't stressed out at all. This was my first time grooming at Pet Supplies Plus so naturally I was nervous, but I could see Allie was genuinely kind and it put me right at ease. It is an open establishment and I could see all the other pups being groomed while I was there and everyone was so sweet to all the dogs. It was a wonderful experience and I will go back when I visit my family!! The store employees were also very nice and helpful. 5stars100%

Make sure you bring you own towels for the self serve dog wash. Please see photo. I’ve never seen such gross towels. All they need is a container of powdered OxyClean hypoallergenic, put a scoop in boiling water, soak the towels in a bucket of hot water. That takes care of most stains. If the towel looks like this, throw it out or donate it to a kennel that has a crisis with skin mites, etc. Kennels can only use those towels once then they throw them out. That is the only thing these towels are good for. If you bring your dog for a grooming I’d ask to see the towels. They are disgusting, and hopefully they will wipe your dog with unstained towels since you are paying more. I have been taking my pup here since he was a puppy. I'm always happy with the staff here & every product I receive. All the staff is very nice & knowledgeable. I only trust PSP with matters that involve my very important pup. Food, treats, grooming they got it all.
