Today we saw Carolyn Robbins who immediately made us feel validated and she’s very compassionate and took very good care of our 14 year old dog.. we are very grateful and left there feeling good and had good knowledge of what we needed to do! Let me start by saying Matt and Carolyn both are excellent, we have been going there for years. We were in about 3 or 4 weeks ago for an emergency visit. Carolyn was EXCELLENT with Smokey, they interact with great with the animals. Unfortunately Smokey passed away this past weekend here at home (to no fault of theirs), he was 14 years old. We brought him to them to be cremated and given back to us. The girl that went over the options with us just wanted it done and over with and felt like she wanted nothing to do with it. Definitely felt like we were being rushed. Both my wife and I clearly upset with the loss of our family dog, I just think they could have been a little more patient. I do believe if the owners are part of this step it would be more personable.

We made the switch here about a year ago from another vet that was always booked, super over priced and didn’t give us the time of day. I have to say that this vet is the best I’ve experienced. They have reasonable prices, available appointments, and a caring approach. One of our dogs has extreme vet anxiety. They are so patient with her and have taken the time to find approaches that work for her. Highly recommend!

Dr. Robbin's was excellent!! Very informative, professional, and knowledgeable! My dog was completely comfortable, and tolerated the treatment with no problems! Was called in within minutes of appointment time. It's a very clean environment. It was a new visit and I was very impressed. Highly recommend.

All of my animals have gone or go to Central Park Vet. It is a family owned and run business by Dr. Robbins and his wife. They give great care to your animals and are fairly priced. I wouldn't send my dogs anywhere else.
