The employees here are super helpful when I need help. One time I was looking for a football jersey for my dog. They didn't have the team I wanted so the manager ordered it for me. He called me as soon as it arrived.

It was sat. And we were driving in from 40 miles away from there (cause we live in the country), and b4 we drive those miles we wanted to check if they had Zebra Finches. A female answered i could barely understand what she said, I told her why I called she said she go look, (im thinking you as an employee you should know) but I waited and waited until some one else picked up my line again, so I had to retell what i needed. She was hard to hear also and it wasn't the phone cause I could hear the customer at register, she said they were 2.70 cents ( I knew that was impossible) I said is that right? and next thing I know she hung up on me, like my call was NOT IMPORTANT!! that's not Good Customer Service. They always have someone new don't keep employees for long. That's saying something.
