Dr. Bugai truly treats every animal as if they were his own. The care, compassion, and attention he showed my baby went far beyond anything I expected. He took the time to explain everything, made sure my dog was comfortable, and treated us with genuine kindness. I am so grateful to have found a vet who clearly loves what he does. Hands down, the best vet ever.

First of all I need to mention we had never been there before and did not know Dr. Bugai, and got us in to handle an emergency with one of our Dogo Argentino who you can see at (DogosElite on Youtube). We immediately could tell that he is a VERY EXPERIENCED veterinarian, which is exactly what we've been looking for. We went to Conover, but were not getting the results we were looking for with Sampson's allergies. We have searched for good vets for years and have only found a few we were comfortable with. The most important thing I can honestly say about Parkview (and Dr. Bugai) is that they truly care about the animal you are bringing in, and don't suggest things just to get money out of you. Outstanding facility First let’s say McKenzie , front office Assistant is just so kind and welcoming , Mike and the vet techs at just great and always thee to assist , Second , Doc Bugai is a great Veterinarian, straight to the point Always willing to give more than one option for care (if possible) . Always a pleasure to know he and his staff are there to help out our Furry family members . Highly recommend this veterinary clinic

My baby had the cutest pups ever but we don't want more. As soon as we got them weaned we took momma and got her spayed. The staff and doctors were amazing. She even scratched on the door to get into the room when the stitches came out. I will definitely take the pups there.

Don't go to to this Veterinarian unless you want to pay a lot of money for services not needed. I agreed to a blood test which I assumed was going to be a little over $100 but instead was charged $250 just for that test and ended up with a nearly $500 bill for my 13 pound chihuahua for an upset stomach. They also prescribed drugs that were unnecessary and charged me for them of course. Customer service was mediocre at best and the appearance of this establishment was not good at all. Not sure how this place has a decent rating. Not sure what other Vets they are comparing it to.
