After receiving 10 different texts from 4 different numbers confirming my appointment I made 2 days in advance, I was turned away because my dog doesn't get a long with other dogs. I assumed a pet store would've been able to muzzle her or anything really.. then the staff was very rude and inconsiderate. Terrible experience
