This store is great because they offer rewards discounts for frequent shopping. They have a large selection of basically everything. Only things I have a problem with is half the time they don't have everything I need in stock and if you order things online and things aren't in stock they recalculate the price of items on the invoice to equal what you paid regardless of not receiving all items ordered. I've ordered online several times and it will say things are in stock so I order only to pick it up and some things aren't in stock. Several times it's happened. One time I had a coupon to take 10% off my order. I go to pick it up and they didn't have a few cans of the dog food I ordered. That was fine. What wasn't ok was they removed my coupon from the invoice and altered all the prices of

We use Fromm for our 2 big ass dogs. They have a great selection of their products. Clean and organized store.

hiii fellow bird owner here. i’ve been a budgie mom for quite a bit of time, and i must say they have quite the personality. i went in to purchase a budgie being my current one was lonely because his first best friend passed away. i stopped getting budgies from other places being i’ve had problems in the past with buying birds and them unexpectedly passing. i tried this place and the second i walked up i found this beautiful girl only to find out her wings were clipped. as a bird mom with free flight birds my girl may get hurt due to her inability to fly long ranges like her brother can. i can add that wings being clipped was no where specified until i had asked a very nice worker why they were in small cages and couldn’t fly. i’m absolutely devastated. i then received this bird in a “vari

Out of the three Pet Supplies Plus locations in Luzerne/Lackawanna County, this one is the worst. The store is disorganized, products are often missing from shelves, and it’s hard to tell who works there since some employees aren’t in uniform. Staff are usually on their phones, and while they’re friendly, their product knowledge is lacking. I prefer the Wilkes-Barre or Pittston locations, but they’re much farther away

Went to pet supply today in need of getting another bird. The lady was in the process of grabbing the bird. We had to ask if their wings were clipped and they were. Didn’t have us sign any type of paperwork for an animal when supposed to. They also put the bird into an empty Keebler sweet and salty box WITH NO HOLES FOR VENTILATION. Luckily we were able to get the bird home without passing away from oxygen deprivation. Very unsatisfied for the well being of the animals what so ever. They shouldn’t even be allowed to sell animals with this type of animal abuse.
