Pet Supplies Plus Royal Oak

Today I found a stray dog in Detroit that was half starved. I called the rescues and unfortunately they were full. I called this location and spoke with Kacey and she was incredibly helpful over the phone. As soon as I walked in the entire team here at pet supplies plus helped me and the stray dog out. We got this her cleaned up, the right food, treats and made her comfortable. This stray dog (now named Kacey) went from scared underneath a bridge in Detroit to warming up to everyone At this store. I have to give a big thanks to Kacey and Douglas and everyone else at this location. If you ever find a stray dog and you can’t get it to a shelter right away this team here at this location in Royal Oak has got your back and will help you out! Thank you

I have been coming here for years and they are always nice and helpful. Very good selection of products as well. I have been "out of the game" for a bit but as soon as I got back on, PSP was one of the first places I thought of.

What a great store! Everyone who worked there was super kind and helpful! They were willing to speak with me for a solid 30 minutes to comb through different foods for my kitties and to help me find the best selection for their needs. The store has a wide variety of options including foods, treats, and toys! Everything was quite neat and clean.

The employees here always have a petty attitude towards people who have issues or questions with things here all the time. I couldn’t even waste my time to write a book of encounters I’ve had and I’ve seen happen here.
