I got my dog, Loki, groomed today. I always do it myself, but wanted to get him desheded. Valerie did amazing with him. I was nervous since its the first time he's ever been to a groomers. She handled him with care and did great! The store is always clean and everything is easy to find. The staff is all helpful and stops what they're doing every time I go in to get crickets. It's an easy place to shop for everything we need for our pets.

I took my Bruno to get his nails trimmed. In past experiences, he was very resistant when it came to nail trims and Zach did an incredible job making him feel at ease! We're very appreciative and will be returning!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Zach at Portland Pet Supplies Plus took phenomenal care of my two Maltipoos and did an absolutely exceptional job grooming them both. From start to finish, he was professional, kind, and attentive. I truly appreciated that he called to update me on how both of my pups were doing—it really gave me peace of mind. Zach is a great asset to the store, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the animals he works with. I wish him and the entire staff many blessings. Portland is truly blessed to have a store like this with exceptional customer service and such talented people. Highly recommend! 🐾✨

This is my second time that I have take my service dog Rocky to give him a bath, where you feel comfortable to give your dog a bath, you can bring your own dog bath shampoo, it's easier on my back, I love it and it makes my dog happy and I am happy with this, not only that you can pay to get discount card at reasonable prices there, plus I have bought him do food too. That place is so dog friendly and workers there are great help, it helps me understand what they're saying to me, because I am hearing impaired and I read lips well. ♥️

I absolutely recommend the grooming services here. I have a chihuahua named Tip who genuinely hates everyone, but he loves going to Zach, which honestly says everything. Zach is always so patient and gentle with him, and I consistently get positive updates about Tip's behavior. Tip lets Zach bathe him, cut his nails, and even brush his teeth, which he doesn’t even let me do. Every visit is such a great experience, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing Tip is comfortable and cared for.
