I am absolutely mind blown with the spa/groomer didn’t catch her name, she knows who she is. So let’s be clear I have lived in Pahrump for 20yrs and I will always support NEW businesses as I am too a business owner (e commerce) I have been so excited with the opening of the store. I have been going in every other day buying hills and royal canin brands as well as the fresh pet foods. So I have been spending a good amount. Regardless of how much I spend, all clients should be treated with the same respect. I get a snooty vibe when I go in here. Not friendly. And then they are almost always out of stock for bugs for feeding. Then, when you give them your name and phone number so they can call you when a new shipment comes in, they don't call. They also have people working there that might just need a paycheck because they definitely don't have a love for all animals... I have two domesticated rats and I had one of the employees say "ew" when she overheard me speaking about my pet rats... I did speak to the management about it. Maybe that's what the snooty attitude is about when I go in to shop... Don't care, people's animals are their family, and if you're going to say something about somebody's pet then don't do it to where someone else can hear because you might just get someone like me th

I will not support a place that keeps 3 ferrets in one small cage. They should not sell these animals and birds if they do not give them room and clean the cages. Feces everywhere. Just horrible

Right, so let me be deadass for a second. The staff excels in friendly customer service and the store is clean all around ! 👍 The only issue is inventory, the cat litter, doesn't come back for a long time. Along with the cat food, I mean if I wanted Friskies, I could've gone into Walmart myself. Hopefully it will be expanded at some point for other good cat food brands.

Laura groomed our little dog Hattie, she was extremely patient with her as Hattie was scared and crying. She did a beautiful job at grooming her. Our little girl is absolutely adorable! I highly recommend you bring your dog to them. Lot's of items at reasonable prices.
