Absolutely love! For Elk River favorite pet location over Chuck and Don and Petsmart. Top Reasons to go here: 1. Staff! They have truly great staff! My dog is people reactive, so we always muzzle him. He's reactive to pets or grabs, the muzzle at this point is mainly a secondary safety for everyone. That said! The staff at this location helps us make sure each experience in store is a positive one, including great things like respecting his space while passing by- not that he needs it but to keep him comfortable instead of anxious. Several staff have been willing to help by saying his name/hello or helping desensitize him by offering a treat to me so he can demonstrate a command (like sit, spin etc). The manager in particular has been great for Snoopy's progress, and it touches me that

This was my 1st try here. I spent $40 just on cat treats and asked to but a couple dollars worth of quarters, she used her radio to ask the manager, he came up to the register to explain they can't give quarters away. The cashier also had trouble with the computer which I patiently waited again for her to call the manager to fix it so i could pay. It was weird and I won't go back. Too many other good choices for my dog and cat needs.

Staff were very nice. The self wash for the price is great! I am a dog groomer and will say you get what you pay for! It’s a basic wash nothing too fancy but gets the job done. Which is what I needed after the dogs being in the lake all weekend! Wish the shampoo and conditioner were better but in a pinch it’s good and better than nothing! We will be using again! They also carry all of our food and normally we can only find it online or in certain stores! So happy to have a nice pet store so close by!

Don’t go here. This is the worst place. Me and my friend were so excited to come try my self service dog washing station but could not have been more turned away by the people. When I came into buy my wash, I told them I haven’t done this before and the shorter brown haired woman said “don’t worry about the time just reset it and continue”. I washed my husky who wasn’t in shedding season and was surprised to see the tub start overflowing with water everywhere when I went and told them they acted frustrated and didn’t even help me try to unclog “my dogs hair” from the drain. I took longer then the set 20 minutes and me and my friend both got told off for taking too long we couldn’t even dry our dogs. We followed the instructions but still got told we took to long and they all had a meeting

We took our goldendoodle Bentley to the grooming service for the first time. We love how his summer cut came out. I also like how I can schedule grooming appointments online. The location is great for us as well. Bentley will be back!
