Wish I could leave 10+ stars! I nervously made a grooming appointment for my almost 7 year old golden retriever baby. Annie has always had high anxiety. That’s why I would do it myself at home. The girls in store were so nice that it made me feel overly comfortable so I went with it. I recently had open heart surgery so giving her a bath now is not possible. Our groomer Renato, was simply the best and nothing less!! He held the leash for me when I was instantly greeted. He went over every single detail literally from nose to toes. Annie even seemed calm!! His voice was very calming for her. He treated her nothing less than a princess. I stayed for a bit because I didn’t want to leave her. Got to stop by the other day. Had very friendly service with a great selection of exactly what I needed. We needed help finding something and the cashier came around and helped and got us signed up for a rewards account. Overall good experience, the staff is super kind.

Sarah, Savannah, and Emily provided the BEST customer service for me and my pets. They were educated, informative, and very friendly when I was shopping for a new food after my poodle developed a food allergy. Every one of these employees were eager to make sure we had the best experience and got everything we needed plus a free sample of freeze dried dog food to take home! We will return to this location again next time we need anything Big thanks to these associates!

First time in there, and I brought my cat for his first birthday! So he can explore a little bit, and the employees there were perfect! They just loved him! And he loves the toy he got for his birthday! Thank you guys for a great experience!

I took my dog in to get groomed and picked a rather long hair cut. When I come back I find him SHAVED! When I asked what happened the groomer seems nervous and says he was too matted. I brought him in freshly brushed. Horrible service. I do not recommend them as this has happened to my friends as well. Find a different groomer ASAP before they screw up your dog to.I added a before and after as well.
